We are using command prompt most of the time and we like working on that because it make our work easy and faster. But it is become boring most of the time because it is a simple and using dark black background and white text. With this tips you can make command prompt glassy that look different and make it more interesting. Don’t worry, you will not have to download any third party software to do this since Windows 10 comes with the necessary options and features.

Make Command Prompt Glassy in Windows 10

The first thing you will need to do is start the command prompt. There are different ways to do this, and if you can’t remember how it’s done, you can launch the command prompt with one of the following methods:

1. Press Windows+R and type cmd then press enter to open command prompt from Windows Run. The default command prompt is not too much interesting.

Default Windows 10 Command Prompt

2. You should have the command prompt open now. Right click on the title bar and go to Properties.

Command Prompt Properties

3. Click on the Colors tab, and you should see all the options that are available. On the upper right-hand corner, you can change the color of the screen text, screen background of the command prompt, popup text, and popup background. The Opacity with let you make command prompt glassy. Just decrees the numbers to make the color’s a bit lighter. Finally click OK to apply the changes and see the result.

Glass Command Prompt in Windows 10

That’s all you need to make command prompt glassy in Windows 10. Try to manipulated and make it better than min.

Note: Right below the previously mentioned options you can choose the colors you want to see on the command prompt. Once you have chosen the colors you like, hit OK to save the changes. Honestly, any of these colors is better than that depressing black and white prompt, don’t you think? Mix it up with the colors you want; go ahead and put red text on a another background. You decide what looks better.

If you prefer to make the command prompt transparent, that’s easy too. Go to the Colors tab, and at the bottom you should see the slider. Just slide it back and forth until you get the level of transparency you want. I have already made this change on my computer since it allows me to work without losing sight of what’s on my screen. It also gives it my personal touch.

Having the option of changing something to make it look the way we want it to is an opportunity we should never miss since we can be in control of the outcome. Don’t forget to give the post a share if you found it useful, and let us know what colors you have added to your command prompt in the comments.

Windows 10 is the latest operating system of Microsoft and it has different editions and version. Find Windows 10 version is not easy. It can be difficult to find Windows 10 versions you’re actually running. It is possible, though. You just have to know where to look. Why would you ever need to know? Mainly for troubleshooting. If you’re having an issue with a PC, knowing the active build number of Windows 10 could mean the difference between solving your issue and not.

Find Windows 10 Version

As far as finding the build number, there are three common methods: The first way is the simplest way just type Windows+R and the run will open and and type winver and then Enter and you will see your Version of your windows you are using.

About Windows and the Version your using

The second way is more simplest then the first one just open Windows+R Run and type cmd and you can see the Version of your windows.

At the top of the you can see the Version

The third one is checking from Windows settings. It the options for mobile and tablet devices. Just click start button, select Settings.

Open Start menu and select Settings

Now select System to open it. You see more options about Windows system on System settings.

Opening System

Click About to display everything about Windows system. It show many more information about current Windows 10 installed on your system.

selecting About

Finally you can find which version your current Windows 10 is.

Find Windows 10 Versions

The forth one is using command line. Open command prompt and type “systeminfo” and press enter. It will collect and show your system information. You can find your Windows 10 version at the firs sections of this information.

Windows 10 System Information

There are more ways to find out the exact version of Windows 10. But these are enough to understand what version of Windows currently installed on your computer. I hope this simple and tiny article will help you find out the exact Windows 10 version.

Windows sets all PCs to a “Balanced” power plan by default. But there are also “Power saver” and “High performance” plans. Your PC manufacturer may have even created their own power plans. What’s the difference between them all, and should you bother switching? This article is going to how to configure Windows Power Options for Laptops and Smartphone devices.

Configure Windows Power Options on Windows 10

First, let’s take a look at what you have. To see your power plans on Windows 10, right-click the battery icon in your system tray and choose “Power Options.”

Opening Power Options

From here, you can select your preferred power plan. “Balanced” and “Power saver” are the default ones, while “High performance” is hidden under the “Show additional plans” heading at the bottom. Your PC manufacturer may have included their own power plans as well, and you can create your own custom ones if you like.

Configure Windows Power Options

What’s the Difference between Power Plans?

Balanced: Balanced automatically increases your CPU’s speed when your computer needs it, and reduces it when it isn’t necessary. This is the default setting, and it should be fine most of the time.
Power Saver: Power Saver attempts to save power by reducing the CPU’s speed all the time and lowering screen brightness, among other similar settings.
High Performance: High Performance mode doesn’t lower your CPU’s speed when it isn’t being used, running it at higher speeds most of the time. It also increases screen brightness. Other components, such as your Wi-Fi or disk drive, may also not go into power-saving modes.

But you don’t need to rely on any summaries of how the power plans work. You can see exactly what they do here. In the Power Options window, click “Change plan settings” next to a plan–like the Balanced plan, for example–and then select “Change advanced power settings.” The drop-down box at the top of this window lets you switch between power plans, so you can see exactly which settings are different between plans.

Selecting a power plan in Power Options

Conclusion:

The main thing is this that you should know that we have three power plans that you can us it according to your need that when and where you will need to use one of this power plan but mostly it is good that it should be on balanced.

It explain how to quickly check infected files or websites using free online services. Like me, you probably download applications and files from the internet regularly. You rely on your antivirus software and email provider to prevent malware being downloaded in the first place, but also to warn you if you’re about to install a program or open an email attachment that’s infected.Antivirus software and email scanners aren’t perfect, though so here’s a way to quickly check for sure whether a file contains a virus or is safe to use. Here’s how to find out if a file contains malware.

How to Check infected Files?

Head to Virustotal

Upload your file (up to 128MB)

Wait for it to be analysed

Check the results from over 50 virus scanners

Virustotal use over 50 scanners to check if it contains any malware: viruses, Trojans, worms and more. The scanning engines include Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Avast, McAfee, Malwarebytes and many more names you will have heard of. Virustotal has been around since 2007, but was acquired in 2012 by Google.

When you’ve scanned a file, you can see how many of the engines detected a problem, a ‘safe-o-meter’ for quickly gauging if a file is safe, and you can also click on the tabs to check out detailed information such as the product and company name, version numbers, original file name and a whole lot more that you probably have little need for.

As well as program installers and firmware files, you can scan any file, including Word documents, PDFs, videos and images.

Check infected Files – Analysed 7zip Software

How to Check Infected Websites?

Although a good internet security suite should have a browser add-on and warn you if you’re about to visit an infected website (just as any good web browser should), you can also scan URLs using Virustotal to double-check if you really should avoid it.

If you see a solitary ‘Malware site’ response when every other scanning engine reports the site as clean, it’s likely to be a false positive: you can be pretty certain that the website is safe to use.

Check infected Website – Analysed Technig Website

That’s all about how to check infected files using free online service with 50+ Antivirus software. Hope you find my article helpful. Please write your feedback through comment section, and I will response you as soon as possible.

If you use Google Chrome and have it set to save your passwords, you already have a repository of login details for the sites you frequently visit. You can find saved password in Chrome browser. It’s easy enough to access from your primary device in case you need to look up a password (load Settings > and find ‘Manage passwords’ in the advanced section) — but what if you’re not at your desk or can’t load Chrome for some reason?

How to Find Saved Password in Chrome?

Google has a Passwords page that you can log in to from any browser with the account details you use to sign into Chrome. Once you’re in, you can see all your saved passwords for the sites you visit, along with an option to delete any of them.

Find Saved Password in Chrome

It isn’t exactly a brand new feature, but it seems like it isn’t widely known.

If you’re apprehensive about letting Google store your passwords this way (anyone who gains access to your Google account could also find your other account details on this page), you have two options: either turn off password saving in Chrome or encrypt your browser data while syncing.

Advanced sync settings

If you choose the second option, Google will still save your login details, but they won’t be visible on the Passwords page. Here’s how to enable it:

Open Chrome

Open the Settings menu in Chrome and click ‘Advanced sync settings…’

Encrypt all synced data with your own sync passphrase

Set a secure passphrase that you can memorize and click OK

And you’re done — Google’s Passwords page will no longer display any account details. If you want to bring them back, open the Advanced sync settings menu again and click ‘Use default settings’.

Hope you get something new from this article and easily can manage your visited websites accounts and password on Google Chrome.
