Thanks for your download, but still need to convert the evaluation version to the Standard or data center version !
here is how to convert it
Upgrade from Evaluation version to Standard version:
DISM /Online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx /AcceptEula
Upgrade from Evaluation version to datacenter version:
DISM /Online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter /ProductKey:xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx /AcceptEula

Microsoft has different types of product keys such as; MSDN, OEM, FPP retail license, Where MSDN release for students, OEM released for original equipment manufacture, comes into the hardware with pre-installed OS and FPP is a retail version, comes with the full package, It’s costly but can be transferred from one PC to another without any issue but I know a site from which you can buy a cheap, genuine and legit retail license, which can be easily activated and then you may be able to get lifetime updates from Microsoft server.
