Select Windows Enterprise and magically your Pro or Workstation turns into Enterprise, no need for hunting down iso’s that don’t work. M$ snuck Ent into every copy of Pro and up, basically you run a neutered Ent edition with the features switched off via licensing. Also look up “Block Feature Updates” its a registry file that blocks future featured updates in case you hate os upgrades.
