Look like missing my line there:

R1(config)#access-list 10 deny CP2_IP 0.0.0.0

Hi Shais,

not quite get on the second option:
R1>enable
R1#configure terminal
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
R1(config)#access-list 10 deny 192.168.10.3 0.0.0.0
R1(config)#access-list 10 permit any
R1(config)#interface fastEthernet 0/0
R1(config-if)#ip access-group 10 out

should it be :
R1(config)#access-list 10 deny 0.0.0.0
